2A State Tournament Championship
It was a battle of unbeaten teams for the 2A State title and for the third straight year JCN was playing for the State championship (winning it in 2012 & runner-up in 2013). The Chargers clung to a 29-28 lead at the half against Central Plains and led by one after three quarters too, but Central Plains closed the game out with a 13-10 4th quarter to snare the win. Jacee Kramer led the Chargers with 20 points and 8 rebounds in the loss and despite out rebounding Central Plains 40-20 the Chargers suffered their only loss of the season.
