Onaga Buffaloes picked up an opening round playoff win over Doniphan West, but it wasn't easy as the game was tied 13-13 at the half and stayed that way into the second half for awhile. Onaga used a strong second half in which they outgained Doniphan West 174 to 38 total yards to gain the win. Michael Bliss carried the ball 25 times for 133 yards with 2 TDs, while Wyatt Cordell and David Koezler each had a TD run, as Onaga ran for 279 yards.
Doniphan West in the loss had Tynan Bollinger run for 72 yards on 18 carries, while Garrett Dunlap ran for a TD and Levi Watts tossed a TD pass to Cooper Leach.
