Linn held the 16-14 lead at the half over Valley Heights on the road after both teams played a sluggish first half. The Bulldogs lead grew to 10 points in the second half until Valley Height battled back to take their first lead of the game at 2:30 left in the 3rd quarter (31-30). Linn regained the lead, but Valley Heights had an opportunity at the end of the game as Kayla Smith's halfcourt shot at the buzzer fell short giving Linn the two-point win. Linn was led by Rachel Bott who scored 15 points, while Kendra Bargman posted 13 points and Kesiah Thalmann added 9 points. Valley Heights was led by Smith who tallied 21 points, while Sidney Blackburn added 12 points.
