Sabetha held the lead at halftime up 13-12, but a solid 3rd quarter by Nemaha Central pushed them to the lead 28-24 after three periods and behind free throws down the stretch the Thunder secured the win. The Thunder was 12-19 from the line and 8-8 in the second half. Jaci Swart led Nemaha Central with 13 points, while Kennedy McKernan added 11 points. Sabetha was led by Alexis McAfee who scored 13 points and Emily Meyer who posted 10 points.
