Class 3A Sub-State at Sabetha (Championship)
Sabetha Bluejays snapped Nemaha's seven year run at making the State tournament winning the battle of rivals for the third time in the season. The Bluejays led 23-10 after the 1st quarter and held a 29-14 lead at halftime. Nemaha Central made a push late in the game with a 27-19 4th quarter but it was not enough. The Bluejays were led by Kegan Schumann who posted 17 points, while Brett Plattner added 14 points. Nemaha Central was led by Tristan Allen and Trent Schulte who both scored 12 points.
