Class 1A-DI Onaga Sub-State Semifinals (at Onaga)
Using a 18-9 second quarter Doniphan West lead 31-18 at halftime against Frankfort and appeared to be somewhat in control of the game, but Frankfort battled back. The Wildcats got to within five points several times in the second half and then even chipped the lead down to one-point and had the ball with the final look at the basket but came up short and Doniphan West added a free throw to win by two-points. Austin Taylor led the Mustangs with 22 points, while Lane Spiker chipped in 13 points and Cooper Leach scored 12 points. Frankfort was led by Adam Kenworthy who scored 16 points, while Ryan Kraushaar added 12 points and Jedd Rose finished with 10 points.
