Championship = Nemaha Valley 68, Falls City 66 in Overtime
The Falls City Tigers had an early 2-0 lead and as it turned out, that was their only lead in the championship game at the 34th Raider Classic in Seneca.  However, the Tigers (16-2) battled severe foul trouble and found a way to keep battling all night, to mount a 13 point comeback in the final quarter. A three-pointer in the corner by Tyler DiGiacomo tied the game at 59 with :06 left in regulation.  Nemaha Valley could not finish the game as Caleb Meyer missed a shot in the lane.  Yet, in overtime, after Mitchell Harling drilled a trey to tie the game at 66 with :07 left in the extra period, Nemaha Valley watched Justice McKernan drive to the right base-line and hit a step-back, guarded, 18-foot shot for the winner as time expired.

Both Falls City post players had three fouls each in the first quarter and Nemaha Valley capitalized by pounding the ball inside and dominating the rebounding on both ends of the court.  The Raiders led 28-22 at the break and 44-40 entering the final quarter. But a few late costly turnovers and missed shots gave Falls City a chance.  Jordy Stoller paced the Tigers with 21 points while Mitchell Harling added 16 and Jack Hartman scored 11 in the second half.  Caleb Meyer scored 9 of his 20 points in the first quarter for Nemaha Valley while Abe Elder added 13 inside and McKernan had 12 including the game-winning basket.  It was the 4th straight and 15th overall title for the host at their Raider Invite and improved the season record to 11-1.

Third Place = Jackson Heights 61, Silver Lake 53
The Cobras finished 2-1 in the tournament and claimed third place with a steady lead throughout their contest against Silver Lake.  Jackson Heights outscored the Eagles in all four quarters and got 20 points from Cameron Thomas to lead the way.  Zane Richter had 17 off the bench and Preston Richter added 12 for Jackson Heights, who is now 11-3 on the season.

Fifth Place = Hiawatha 47, Horton 41
The Redhawks avenged a one-point loss at the start of this season by completing a 2-1 tournament and knocking off Horton in the fifth place game. Conner Bigham had 22 points while converting 16 of 20 free throws and the Hawks took advantage and Horton fouls to get their fourth win of the season.  Parker Hasenkamp added 10 for Hiawatha who has now won three of their last five games.  Horton, now 7-4, only had a trio of players score as Dakota Bayles and Trey Dishon each posted 14 points and Derrick Stone added 13.

Seventh Place = Marysville 31, St. Mary's 24
Marysville picked up win number three this season notching seventh place in this year's Raiders Classic in the process with the 31-24 victory. Bulldogs only led 11-9 at the half but closed the game out with a 12-7 fourth quarter to improve to 3-9 on the season. Zach Pieschel led the Bulldogs in the win with 12 points, while Caleb Koerperich added 10 points and Garrett Kort scored nine points.
