(KLZA) -- Doane College hosted a track meet Saturday. Crete and Syracuse tied for the top spot in the girls team competition with 80 points, Auburn was 5th with 63.
In the boys division Crete was the champion with 91 points, Syracuse fifth with 42 and Auburn was sixth with 29 points.
Individually for Auburn:
Melissa Davison won the 3200 and placed 3rd in the 1600
Julie Slama won the triple jump
Maggie Rieschick was 5th in the 60 meters and 200 meters and was 2nd in the 400
Taylor Peterson was 3rd in the 800;
For the Auburn Boys
Dakota Graves was 3rd in the triple jump and the 800 meters;
For Syracuse Girls
Haley Harsin won the 400 and 800
Emily Harsin won the 60 meter hurdles and was 3rd in the 200 meters
Julia Reed was 3rd in the 60 meters and long jump and was 2nd in the triple jump
Sara Antes won the pole vault
For the Rocket Boys
Turner Moore won the 60 meter hurdles
Tanner Harson was 2nd in the 1600
Scott Bassinger was 2nd in the 800 meters
Eli Dettmer was 2nd in the shot put.
