The Holton girls golf team teed it up on Tuesday at the KC Piper Invitational competing against seven other schools with teams at the event and a few other schools with individual golfers.
Holton put together a team score of 499 to finish seventh out of eight teams in the competition and were led by a 121 score from Quinn Holaday, while Sarah Holaday was one one-stroke behind her at 122. Taylor Stevens and Faith Holaday rounded out the Wildcats team score after posting rounds of 125 and 131, respectively. Cali Smith also competed for Holton finishing with a 140 score at the KC Piper Invitational.
The season continues on Thursday, September 24th for Holton as they will tee it up at the Council Grove Invitational.
