2015 Republic County Cross Country Invite Results - click here (9-24-15)

Marysville and Clifton-Clyde hit the course on Thursday at the Republic County Invitational to continue their cross country season and came home with some Top 20 finishers. 

The top performance for Marysville came in the boys competition as Skyler Widmer posted a time of 18:12.57 to earn a ninth place finish, while Bryant Scott finished in the Top 20 at 20th place for the Bulldogs; Jacob Stryker took 28th place for Marysville. In the girls race Mariya Moshkun raced to a 14th place finish out of 23 competitors, while Taylor Smith was 18th for the lady Bulldogs. 

Clifton-Clyde was represented by Abby Sikes who ran to a 16th place finish in the girl's competition, competing against 22 other competitors on the day. 

The cross country season continues for Marysville at the Horton Invitational on Thursday, October 1st and for Clifton-Clyde at the Centralia Invitational on Saturday October the 3rd.
