2015 Jason McKinney Cross Country Invite Results - click here (9-24-15)

The Frankfort Wildcats stepped out of the area competition in cross country action and traveled to Alma for the annual Jason McKinney Invitational to compete last Thursday. 

In the boys competition the Wildcats earned a third place team finish of five teams just missing out on second place by five points. Colton Parthemer paced Frankfort with a third place finish posting a time of 19:38, while Brandon Anderson, Whalen Kokoruda and Brenden Levi all finished in the Top 20 for the Wildcats placing 12th, 17th and 20th, respectively. Jaron Thomas and Aaron Hardwick also competed for the Frankfort boys and tallied finishes of 21st and 34th on the day. 

Amburley Kokoruda posted the best lady Wildcat finish of the day as she earned a 13th place finish out of the 32 girls runners on the day. Amber Bramhall, Addie Colvin and Emma Rose also ran for Frankfort finishing 29th, 30th and 31st. 

Frankfort will continue their cross country season on Saturday, October 3rd at the Centralia Invitational competing against several other Northeast Kansas area teams.
