Following the conclusion of the 2015-16 High School Basketball season, which was one of the best ever for Northeast Kansas area teams, the Topeka Capital Journal has released the All State Selections.  Thirteen area girls and 13 area boys were named among the best in their respective classes following a year when 10 area teams made the state tournament with 9 those placing in the fop four and 6 making the championship games!  The Centralia girls and boys won state titles along with the Jackson Heights boys, while both Sabetha girls and boys along with Axtell girls earned second place state trophy's.
