Class 2A Republic County Boys Golf Regional Results (5-16-16) - click here

A trio of golfers from the Twin Valley League will continue their season at State next week after qualifying for State individually at the Class 2A Republic County Regional. 

A sixth place, tenth place and 15th place individual finish earned golfers from Onaga, Valley Heights and Washington County spots at State as their three rounds were among the Top five scores from non-qualify teams. 

Onaga golfer, Tyler Fleming competed at the 2A Regional apart from his teammates in Class 1A and finished fifth with a round of 83 to earn a spot at the 2A State competition. 

For Valley Heights the best performance came from Bryan Yungeberg who with a 90 earned tenth place and qualified for State. 

While, Washington County Tiger, Hunter Johnson shot a 95 to finish 15th and also qualified individually for the 2A State competition. 

Horton also competed at the Republic County boys golf Regional. 

The trio of TVL golfers to qualify for State will tee it up one final time this season on next Monday, May 23rd in Salina at the Salina Country Club.
