Several Twin Valley League golf teams teed it up on Friday one final time before League next week as Linn hosted action at Cedar Hills. 

Behind a team score of 369 Vermillion earned first place on the day winning by 16 strokes as Linn took second with a 365 team score. Onaga, Hanover and Washington County finished third, fourth and fifth with team scores of 424, 473 and 477. 

Vermillion had five golfers notch Top 10 finishes on the day with Austin Hardwick leading the way finishing tied for second after shooting an 85. Brandon Anderson earned a sixth place finish shooting a 92, while Spencer Dressman and Brandon Bussman each tied for seventh with a 96 score and Josh Tynon tied for ninth with a 97. 

Washington County Tiger, Evan Ouellette led the Tigers and all individual performances on the day winning by four strokes with an 81. 

The host Linn had a trio of golfers finish in the Top 10 as Chase McGatlin tied for second with an 85, Andrew Meyer took fourth place with an 86 and Laban Sweetser tied for ninth with a 97. 

Ben Kufahl led the Onaga Buffaloes performances carding an 88 on the links to finish fifth place. 

All the teams and golfers are now set ot get back in action again on Monday, May 8th as they compete in the TVL meet.
