The girls golf season is off and swinging and the Holton lady Wildcats were in action recently at the KC Piper Invitational on Tuesday. 

Lady Wildcats competed against seven other teams finishing sixth as a team with a 453 team score on the day, while the top team score belonged to Hayden (363). 

Rounds of 111, 111 and 112 led the Holton Wildcats as Taylor Stevens, Sarah Holladay and Faith Holaday posted the rounds, respectively to finish 22nd, 23rd and 24th out of 42 golfers in action. 

Abbigail Hundley and Michaela Adcock were both in action for the lady Wildcats also on the day recording rounds of 119 and 125, respectively to place 33rd and 36th. 

Holton continues the season on Thursday, September 7th at the Wamego Invitational.
