Volleyball season continues with tournament action in Onaga on Saturday with a tournament involving mostly Twin Valley League teams. 

Set to be a six team tournament the Frankfort JV had to step in to be the sixth to fill out the field but it was the Frankfort varsity coming out on top of the day in the round robin tournament. 

The Wildcat varsity posted a 4-0 day (not playing their own JV team) to claim the Onaga Invite title. Frankfort took down Onaga (25-14, 25-7), Blue Valley, (25-10, 25-12) ad Wetmore (25-13, 25-17) all in straight sets, while beating the lone non-TVL team in Wabaunsee in three sets (22-25, 25-20, 25-21). The Wildcat JV in their four matches finishes 1-3. 

Wabaunsee tallied a 4-1 day on the court to take second, while Blue Valley posted a 3-2 day. The Rams beat Onaga (26-24, 25-16) and Frankfort JV (25-23, 25-16) both in straight sets, while topping Wetmore in three sets (23-25, 25-16, 25-19) and falling to Wabaunsee (22-25, 15-25) and Frankfort. 

Both Wetmore and Onaga each posted 1-4 days on the court. The Buffaloes beat Wetmore (25-17, 25-14) in straight sets for their first win of the season, while falling to Wabaunsee (7-25, 14-25), Frankfort and Blue Valley in straight sets and the Frankfort JV in straight sets. Wetmore's lone win was over Frankfort JV (25-17, 25-14) in straight sets, while falling to Onaga, Frankfort and Wabaunsee (13-25, 19-25) in straight sets and fell in three sets to Blue Valley.
