KU Blasts Oklahoma State to Become Bowl Eligible

The Kansas football team is bowl eligible for the first time since 2008 after they got their sixth win of the season with a 37-16 home win on Saturday over 18th ranked Oklahoma State. 

KU is now 6-3 overall and are bowl eligible for the first time since 2008 when they beat Virginia Tech in the Orange Bowl. 

Devin Neal led KU's offense with 224 yards and a touchdown. As a team, the Jayhawks ran for 351 yards in the game. 

Jason Bean led the KU passing attack completing 18 passes for 203 yards and two touchdowns. Oklahoma State was playing without their starting quarterback Spencer Sanders due to injury. 

KU is now 6-3 overall and 3-3 in Big 12 play while Oklahoma State dropped to 6-3 overall and 3-3 in Big 12 play. 

Jayhawks will play at Texas Tech in their next game while Oklahoma State will host Iowa State.
