Holton Boys Track Finishes First Place at Atchison

The Holton boys track and field team posted a first place finish on Thursday at the Atchison Invitational

The Wildcat boys finished with 167 points which was 30 plus more points than second place West Platte. 

One of the many highlights for the Wildcats was Brayden Peek breaking a 31-year-old school record with a time of 50.87 seconds in the 400-meter dash. 

Kansas City Christian finished in third place followed by Maur Hill-Mount Academy and Savannah to round out the top five. 

The West Platte girls finished in first place with a total of 150 points which was 22 points more than second place Holton.

Savannah finished in third place followed by Doniphan West and St. Joseph Lafayette to round out the top five.
