Royal Valley hosted a track and field meet on Tuesday afternoon with the Hiawatha boys placing third and the Jackson Heights girls placing fourth in the team scores.

Out of the 13 schools that competed, the Sabetha boys placed fifth, Jefferson County North placed sixth, Royal Valley placed ninth, Jackson Heights got tenth, Riverside finished 11th and Doniphan West placed 13th.

On the girls’ side, Jefferson County North placed fifth, Sabetha got sixth, Doniphan West placed seventh, Royal Valley ended up ninth, Hiawatha placed 11th, and Riverside got 13th.
