Frankfort Sweeps Home Track Meet

The Frankfort track and field teams swept their Late Invitational at home on Thursday afternoon. 

The Wildcat girls got first place finishes from Alexis Dalinghaus in the 100 meter hurdles and Emma Hardwick in the 300 meter hurdles. They also swept the relay events winning the 4x100, 4x400 and 4x800 meter relays. 

The Wildcat boys had multiple first place finishes including Lane Loiseau who won both the high jump and 100 meter dash. Fred Hyde won the 200 meters, Jett Keller won the 300 meter hurdles, plus they won the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays. 

The Centralia girls got a first place finish from Marissa Broxterman in the javelin while the Panther boys got top finishes from Reese Tanking in the long jump, Will Steinlage in the discus, and Duke Timmel in the 110 meter hurdles. 

The Valley Heights girls picked up a first place finish from Taya Smith in the 800 meters while adding multiple top three finishes. The Mustang boys earned top spots with Caden Parker in the 400 meters, Logan Gray in the 800 meters, Tyrel Wagner in the shot put, and Jayden Dewalt in the pole vault. 

The Onaga girls were led by Lillie Weiser as she won both the high jump and pole vault events. The Onaga boys had multple top five finishes including a second place finish from Tyree Figge in the 400 meters.

Girls: Frankfort 133, Hanover 90, Centralia 46, Valley Heights 45, Onaga 33

Boys: Frankfort 109, Valley Heights 86, Hanover 71, Centralia 63, Onaga 16
