The two-time defending 2-1A State Champion McLouth Bulldogs softball team hosted the Troy Trojans on Monday night.
They stayed perfect moving to 23-0 on the season defeating the Trojans 10-0 in six innings behind a monster afternoon from senior Dani Lee.
The Liberty University signee threw a no-hitter with 13 strikeouts giving her 728 for her career. She's the state's all-time leader in career RBI's and added to that total with six driven in against Troy giving her 210 for her career.
She had three hits including a monster three-run home run in the third inning moving her three away from tying the state's all-time career record for home runs.
Freshman Maddie Turner reached base in all four of her at-bats and scored four runs, Charley Coffin provided an RBI double, and Abby Patz added two hits, two runs, and three stolen bases.
