Former Onaga Buffalo, Rebekah Glessner Starting Volleyball Season Strong

Former Onaga Buffalo, Rebekah Glessner finds herself now in her junior season at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kansas as she continues her volleyball career. 

Glessner's who playing time has increased over the past year's for the Tigers who compete at the NAIA level has started this year playing in all five of the teams matches playing in all 15 sets as the Tigers are 2-3 to open the season. Central Christian two wins on the season came against Union College and Baptist Bible College the two matches were Glessner recorded her career best mark in kills in a single game recording eight in both contests. The former Onaga Buffalo on the season has recorded 24 kills, three aces, 15 digs and five blocks. 

As a sophomore, Rebekah played in all 31 matches for the Tigers and registered 86 kills, nine aces, 35 digs and 43 blocks. While in her college career she's played in 131 sets notching 119 kills, 12 aces, 55 digs and 50 blocks. 

Back in high school Glessner was a multi-sport athlete and a three-year letter winner in volleyball. 

The Tigers and Glessner look to continue to put together strong performances and compete throughout the season with plenty of action still to come this year.
