My name is Nicole Ohlde and I wanted to reach out to you about the Ohlde Elite Basketball program for the 2018 Spring and Summer. It really is an exciting time for middle school and high school girls who have a dream of playing basketball and want to continue to build their skills in a competitive summer environment.

What is Ohlde Elite?: Ohlde Elite is a summer basketball program designed to help players achieve their dreams of playing at the collegiate level. We are entering our 4th year as a program led by Nicole Ohlde and Drew Johnson, current coaches of the Bethel College Women's Basketball team. The program started with 2 teams and has expanded to include 6 teams last summer. The program is based in the Central Kansas area, but players from as far east as Paola, north to Fairbury, NE, South to Wichita, and West to Hugoton have played in the program. If you or someone you know love the game of basketball and has a will to work relentlessly hard to develop, Ohlde Elite is the program for you!

Where does Ohlde Elite Play?: Each team has a unique schedule tailored to help the players on that team develop against the right competition. The middle school teams play more centralized in Kansas, Oklahoma, and select regional tournaments. The high school teams play a more national schedule still focused in the midwest. Over the last 4 years we have purposefully stayed away from a "shoe company sponsorship" to allow ourselves to hand pick the correct tournaments to attend.

Why Ohlde Elite?: This is the question that we get asked the most over the course of a player deciding which tryouts to go to and what program to play for. We believe there are 3 main aspects that set Ohlde Elite apart:

1 - Quality Coaching: You will be coached in practice by current college coaches as well as experienced high school coaches at every level. Our coaching staff has been trained on how to coach players to develop increased skill set, competitive drive, and inspire unmatched work ethic. Being taught by college coaches also helps us give open and honest feedback about player evaluation. No lies about level. We will help you find the college program that helps each player have a fantastic career.

2- Previous Scholarship Success: Players coming out of the Ohlde Elite program are ready to be valuable members of college programs when they arrive. Ohlde Elite has a 100% success rate at placing players into college programs. If you want to play at the next level, this is the place for you. Ohlde Elite has players currently playing at or heading to Kansas State, Southern Illinois, Yale, Nebraska-Omaha, Washburn, Nebraska-Kearney, Central Missouri, Emporia State, Benedictine, and Bethel College.

3- Building Relationships: As we have built this program, the main aspect that continues to bring players back is the relationships that are built with coaches and teammates. So many times we have been able to help players find the right college program because we know and value every player in the program. Join a program that cares about you, not just the number of kids in the program.

Questions About Ohlde Elite?: The best reference we can possibly have is for you to ask a current or former player and their family about their experience in the program. If that is not possible there are several ways to reach us:
