2022 NEKL All-League Volleyball Team Released

With the 2022 volleyball season officially in the rear-view mirror, the Northeast Kansas League has released their All-League team.

Jefferson County finished third place at the Class 2A State Volleyball Tournament in Dodge City. Seniors Audrey Bell and Macy Thompson made the team with junior Emily Langley on the team as well. Senior Claire Jobbins made was an Honorable Mention.

Pleasant Ridge also had three players make the All-League team with juniors Kelsi Ko and Ava Potter making the team along with sophomore Bela Major. Junior Maddie Heim was also named an Honorable Mention.

Jackson Heights had two seniors Kanyon Olberding and Kaylee Thompson make the All-League team with senior Makenna Reischick getting an Honorable Mention.

Juniors Gwyn Noll and Jordyn Renk from Maur Hill-Mount Academy both made the All-League team and sophomore Carlie Kramer was listed as an Honorable Mention.

Atchison County’s lone All-League entry is senior Natalie Nitz with sophomore Aleah Wallisch being an Honorable Mention.

McLouth senior Jillian Holwick was the Bulldogs’ lone selection for the 2022 NEKL All-League team.

Horton sophomore Carly Hutfles, Valley Falls senior Lily Darveaux and Oskaloosa junior Lex Messailles all were Honorable Mentions.
