The Royal Valley wrestling team finished in fourth place over the weekend at the Onaga Invitational behind only Rock Creek, Manhattan, and Hayden. 

Rounding out the top 10 team scores were #5 ACCHS, #6 Onaga, #7 Herington, #8 Jefferson West, #9 Solomon, and #10 Horton. 

Jaxson Vice of Maur Hill-Mount Academy won the 120 weight class defeating Royal Valley's Skylar Johnson in the final. Royal Valley's Matthew Tracy won the 126 weight class defeating Manhattan's Nick Robert in the final by pinfall. 

Karson Kahler of Jefferson West defeated Evan Falk of ACCHS to win the 132 weight class. Landon Koelling of Onaga won the 138 weight class while Tatum Lara of Onaga won the 285 weight class. 

GIRLS: Sophie Waters of Jefferson West went undefeated to win the 120 weight class. Payge Vetsch and Mya Vetsch of Jefferson West finished first and second place respectively in the 130 weight class. 

Layla Kuhnert of Doniphan West finished first place at 190 winning all five of her matches by pinfall.
