Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association Updated Rankings

The Kansas Wrestling Coaches Association have released their updated rankings which are the final rankings before 2024. 

4-1A Girls: There are no area teams in the top-10 but there are multiple NEKL wrestlers who continue to have strong seasons.

Oskaloosa's Holly Thacher is ranked #5 at 115, McLouth's Leighanna Patz is ranked #4 at 135, Marysville's Ella Johnson is ranked #4 at 145, and Hannah Simmers of ACCHS is ranked #3 at 170. 

3-2-1A Boys: ACCHS and Sabetha are posted inside the team rankings with the Tigers at #4 and the Bluejays at #10. The only three teams ranked ahead of ACCHS are Hoxie, Norton, and Phillipsburg. 

Nemaha Central's Keaton Rottinghaus is ranked #4 at 113, Jaxson Vice of Maur Hill-Mount Academy is ranked #5 at 120, Adler Koontz of ACCHS is ranked #3 at 126, Caleb Renyer of Sabetha is ranked #6 at 126, Austin Smith of ACCHS is ranked #5 at 138, Kannon Crossland is ranked #6 at 144, and Colin Menold of Sabetha is ranked #2 at 150. 

Max Bottorff is ranked #6 at 150, Easton Schletzbaum of ACCHS is ranked #1 at 157, Abram Keim of Nemaha Central is ranked #5 at 165, John McEvoy of Pleasant Ridge is ranked #6 at 175, Oskaloosa's Colsen Perry is ranked #3 at 215, Sabetha's Joshua Grimm is ranked #5 at 285, and Holden Bass of Nemaha Central is ranked #6 at 285.  

4A Boys: No teams are ranked in the top-10 but Holton has two individuals ranked while Marysville has one inside the rankings. 

Holton has Cale Hein #6 at 144 and Dalton Roush #2 at 215 while Marysville has Gable Fredrickson ranked #6 at 150.
