The Navy squad defeated the Gold team 70-69 on Saturday in the 38th Annual Northeast Kansas Girls All-Star game at Highland Community College. 

Navy trailed by six at the end of the first quarter but rallied to lead the game by one at halftime and they were able hold on for the win in the end. 

Navy was led by Silver Lake's McKenzie McDaniel who finished the game with 21 points and 14 rebounds. Perry-Lecompton's Taylor Damme finished with 19 points and four rebounds while Rossville's Emma Mitchell finished the game with seven points. 

Gold was led by Burlingame's Kaylin Noonin who finished with 17 points, four steals, and four assists. Silver Lake's McKinley Kruger finished with 14 points, six rebounds, and five steals while Riverside's Taylor Weishaar finished with 13 points and four blocks.
