The Doniphan County legion baseball team secured a 5-0 win over Holton on Friday night thanks to a no hitter by Cooper Eberly.
Eberly pitched all seven innings allowing only three walks with 10 strikeouts and didn't allow a baserunner until the fifth inning. He also added a pair of RBI singles in the second and sixth innings which earned him the McDonald's of Hiawatha and Seneca player of the game.
Ryder Davis added two hits and two RBI's including a double, Seth Judd had an RBI single and a stolen base, and Kolten Peterson reached base three times with two singles and a run scored.
Landon Kennedy was the starting pitcher for Holton and pitched five innings allowing two earned runs with three walks and five strikeouts.
