K-Preps have released their latest rankings ahead of week six matchups on Friday which means teams are down to the final three games of the regular season. 

Three Twin Valley League teams highlight the 8M-II ranks with Axtell ranked number one, Hanover number three, and Frankfort number four. 

The Eagles won their 44th straight game on Friday against Wakefield 50-0. Hanover shutout Blue Valley-Randolph 46-0, and Frankfort bounced back after taking their first loss by beating Thunder Ridge 54-6. 

Jackson Heights continues to dominate their competition in 1A and they stay at number three this week behind only Conway Springs and Sedgwick. Cobras beat Pleasant Ridge 62-0 in their last game and have posted four straight shutouts. 

Rossville, despite being 2-3, are back in the 1A ranks after beating Mission Valley 43-0. The Bulldogs had three straight one-score losses to begin the season, all to 2A ranked teams. 

The Big East League also shines in 2A once again with Nemaha Central ranked number three and Silver Lake number four. The Thunder beat Oskaloosa 48-6 to improve to 4-1 while Silver Lake blanked Baldwin 50-0 in a non-district game.
