The Silver Lake Lady Eagle Wrestling team took home the championship hardware from the 3-1A Regional tournament they hosted on Friday and Saturday thanks to 125.5 team points with Rossville finishing as the Regional Runner-up with 110 points.

The Eagles are sending 5 wrestlers to the State Tournament on February 27^th and 28^th in Hays. Junior Kamiryn Clark (24-9 at 110 lbs), Senior McKenna Harris (28-9 at 135 lbs), Senior Makayla Connor (31-5 at 155 lbs), and Freshman Ally Burgos (26-14 at 140 lbs) all finished 2^nd in their respective weight classes while Junior Riley Mohler placed 3^rd at 125 lbs.

Sabetha qualified the most wrestlers for state from our area with 6. 

Regional Coach of the year was awarded to Silver Lake head coach Colt Rogers.

Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Silver Lake Regional went to Maur Hill-Mount Academy sophomore and regional champion at 125 lbs, Emma Vice!!!
