Elijah Moore

Riverside's Elijah Moore had a career night for the Cyclones this past week as they beat Centralia to capture a regional title 41-26. 

Elijah carried the rock 26 times for 187 yards and three touchdowns. He's rushed for 837 yards and 11 touchdowns this season and has surpassed 2,700 career rushing yards. 

He's averaging over 125 rushing yards over his last five games. 

Defensively this season, Elijah has totaled 44 tackles, nine tackles for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one sack. 

Before Wathena and Elwood consolidated to form Riverside, the drought against Centralia went back a long way with Wathena's last win against Centralia in 1970 and Elwood's in 1972. 

Riverside travels to Jackson Heights for a week one rematch in the Sectional Round of the 1A playoffs this week.
