Ella Grable of Troy earns Athlete of the Week honors after a memorable performance at the Doniphan West Relays, where she broke the school record in the 3200 meters by 18 seconds. The previous record, set in 1999 by her mother, Megan Grable, adds a meaningful and unique layer to an already impressive achievement.

Grable has put together a consistently strong season, finishing in the top two at every meet. She is also coming off a successful cross country season, where she qualified for state and placed 19th overall.
