Behind a team score of 320 the Bluejays boys golf team earned the Class 3A team State title winning by two-strokes competing at Spring Creek golf course in Seneca the host of the State tournament for 2018. Leading the way for Sabetha was a pair Top ten individual finishes as Jesse Burger and David Pierson posted rounds of 76 and 77, respectively to place fifth and eighth. Garrett Scott shot an 80 at State to tie for 13th, while Tanner Ukele, Carson Ukele and Riley Lierz posted round of 87, 90 and 99 to place 35th, 44th and 71st.

Sabetha built up to the State title throughout the season by putting together strong performances all season with multiple golfers stepping up to lead the way.
