(KLZA)_- The Annual Southeast Nebraska All-Star Basketball Games, sponsored by Southeast Community College will be played Saturday, June 18th at the Truman Center at Southeast Community College in Beatrice. The All-Star Volleyball game will be Friday, June 17th.

The volleyball game will begin at 7:30 p-m with the girls basketball game at 6 p-m on the 18th and the boys game to follow.  

The East All-Star volleyball team will include Taylor Petersen of Auburn; Emerson Carbajal of Johnson-Brock; Libby Bauman of Falls City, Claire Svoboda of HTRS, High School, Hannah Jasa of Sterling, Theresa Zarybnicky of Diller-Odell, Alexis Holland, Katie Unvert and Emily Lenners of Freeman.  Michele Kreifels of Lourdes Central Catholic will be the head coach of the east team assisted by Susan Witt from Sacred Heart.

The East Girls basketball team will include Jena Fink of HTRS; Maggie Goltz of Falls City Sacred Heart;  Leah DeFreece of Lourdes central Catholic; Erika Goracke and Bailey Kahler of Sterling; Rachel Nordhues of Syracuse; Bailey schroeder of Diller-Odell; 

Lourdes Central Catholic Coach Clay Carlton will be the head coach assisted by Ryan Reeder of Waverly. 

The East Boys basketball team will include Mitch Faris and Sam Sterup from Johnson County Central; Nolan Schafer and Eli Herr from HTRS; Calan Sedlacek and Holden Scott of Freeman;  and Tanner Harsin of Syracuse; 

Jim McLaughlin of Freeman will be the head coach of the East Boys team, assisted by Joe Tynon on Lourdes Central Catholic.
