The Troy Trojans track team continued their season on Thursday competing in Missouri at the Irish Relays at Lafayette competing against several Missouri schools. 

The lady Trojans earned a seventh place finish out of 12 teams in action, while the boys placed 11th on the day. 

A pair of second place individual performances led the Trojans track team in Lafayette as Amanda Stock and Morgan Masters grabbed a silver medal on the day. Stock earned second place in the girl’s high jump, while also taking third in the triple jump and fourth in the 100 meter hurdles. For Masters her second place performance came in the girl’s long jump, while she also took fourth in the 100 meter dash. 

Cassidy Rosenberger earned a fifth place showing in the girls 800 meter run, while the lady Trojans 4x400 meter relay team also took fifth. 

Troy boys were led by Tysen Williams who finished seventh in the 100 meter dash. 

The Trojans will wrap up the regular season next week at the Twin Valley League meet at Washington on Thursday, May 11th.
