Three Twin Valley League volleyball squads kept their seasons rolling on Saturday competing in the Southern Cloud Invitational. Hanover, Linn and Blue Valley-Randolph were all in action on the day with the Wildcats leading the way by winning the tournament. 

The action started with pool play as Hanover and Linn competed in Pool B and the Wildcats won all three of their matches in straight sets beating Linn, Rock Hills and St. John's/Tipton to go 3-0 in pool play. St. John's/Tipton finished 2-1 in pool, while Linn was 1-2 with a straight set win over Rock Hills. Rock Hills was 0-3 in the pool play. 

Pool A had Blue Valley-Randolph in action but the Rams struggled going 0-3 in action falling to Bennington in three sets and to both Thunder Ridge and Southern Cloud in straight sets. Thunder Ridge won the pool going 3-0, while Bennington was 2-1 and Southern Cloud 1-2. 

On to bracket play the action went with a single elimination bracket with matchups determined by pool play finishes. In the first round Hanover beat Blue Valley-Randolph in straight sets to end the Rams season, while Linn topped Bennington in straight sets each moving into a Semifinal showdown with each other. The side of the bracket saw St. John's/Tipton beat Southern Cloud and Thunder Ridge top Rock Hills. 

In the Semifinals Hanover continued their strong day on the volleyball court beating Linn in straight sets to move into the Championship against Thunder Ridge who beat St. John's/Tipton in straight sets. 

Hanover capped a perfect day by beating Thunder Ridge in straight sets to capture the Southern Cloud title.
