Full Mclouth Cross Country Invitational Results (9-14-17) - Girls & Boys

Many area teams converage along with several others to continue their cross country seasons on Thursday as they competed at the Mclouth Invitational. 

Several area teams were in action at Mclouth and it was Jeff West and Pleasant Ridge putting up the top area performances in the girls and boys races. Leading the way for the Jeff West Tigers was the performance of Macy Tucker who ran to a time of 22:26.31 to earn second place, while Makenzie Tucker raced to eighth place with a time of 24:11.94. Sarah Sayles and Destiny Wright also notched Top 20 showings for the lady Tigers finishing 12th and 19th, respectively. 

The top area time in the boys competition belonged to Pleasant Ridge Ram, Luke Oatney who was only six seconds behind first place posting a time of 17:37.81 taking second. Dayton Flack registered a time of 18:16.88 to earn fifth place, while Garrett Silvers placed 13th. 

The duo of Ayden Black and Isaiah Price finished fourth and seventh with times of 17:57.09 and 18:53.12 for Maur Hill-Mount Academy in the boys competition. Erica Laurenco led the lady Ravens placing 20th. 

Host Mclouth Bulldogs were led by Baylee Wolfe ran to a time of 22:39.59 to earn third place in the girls race. In the boys competition Justin Shufflebager and Kody Driskill both registered Top 20 finishes placing 17th and 19th. 

A pair of tenth place finishes led Royal Valley on the day as Garrett Hicks posted a time of 19:23.91 in the boys race and Chloe Richter notched a time of 24:26.66. Katie Hanshaw finished 13th for the Panthers in the girls race. 

Perry Lecompton was led by Jolie Hirsch who raced to a ninth place finish with a time of 24:17.56, while Blaise Ball finished 16th in the girls race. 

Top performance for Jefferson County North belonged to Trevor Pentlin who posted a time of 19:16.12 finishing ninth.
