Centralia Posts Low Score at Spring Creek

The Centralia boys golf team hosted their Invitational at Spring Creek on Monday afternoon and the Panthers posted the low team round of the day with a score of 370. 

Washington County was five strokes behind at 375 followed by Frankfort at 399 and Royal Valley at 482. 

Holton and Sabetha rounded out the team scoring while Onaga and Valley Heights also had a couple of golfers participating. 

Frankfort's Joey Hardwick was the individual champion as he shot an 83. Mason Miller of Washington County finished in a tie for second place along with Centralia's Drew Gibbs as they both fired an 85. 

Jayden DeWalt of Valley Heights and Grady Fox of Frankfort shot 90 and 91 respectively to round out the top five in scoring. Konnor Nider of Onaga also tied for fifth place as he also shot a 91.
