The Sabetha wrestling team topped area teams competing in Marysville on Saturday at the 2023 JayHusker Tournament. 

The Bluejays finished in fourth place with a team score of 132.5 behind only Augusta, Beatrice, and Clay Center. 

The Bluejays were led by Cole Hinton as he won his bracket at 144 pounds. 

Notable second place finishes came from Colin Menold of Sabetha at 138, Carter Trimble of Marysville at 144, Jonathan Renyer of Sabetha at 157, and Abram Keim of Nemaha Central at 165. 

Other area teams competing included Marysville in seventh place, Nemaha Central in 10th, Riverside in 13th, and Horton finishing 14th.
