KABC Announces All-State Teams for 2023

The Kansas Association of Baseball Coaches have released their All-State teams for the 2023 season

Onaga had one of their best seasons in school history finishing fourth at the 2-1A State Tournament. Zac Fisher and Colby Simkins were named first team while Jackson Kolterman was named honorable mention. 

Valley Falls landed two on the first team with Dylan Cervantez and Zac Evans while Hayden Kearney was named to the second team. 

Troy's Preston Christenson was named second team while Oskaloosa had two make honorable mention with Trenten VanHoutan and Coy Perry. 

Sabetha got to the 3A Tournament for a second consecutive season and they were led by Christian McAfee who was selected to the first team while Marcus Bauman was named honorable mention. 

Hiawatha senior Ashton Rockey made the First Team for Class 3A and his teammate senior Xavier Oldham was named honorable mention

Perry Lecompton had solid representation with Gunnar Ball selected to the first team and Eli Dean and Ty Williams named to the second team. 

Maur Hill-Mount Academy's Parrish Beagle was also named to the first team while Nemaha Central's Brayden Uphaus was named honorable mention. 

Atchison had a really good season that ended in Regional's but the Phoenix landed Boston Bruce on the first team and Yogi Purdy on the second team in Class 4A.
