The 8-Man D-II All-Star game on Saturday in Beloit was won by the East squad 54-22 over the West to snap a three game skid in the series. 

The East scored 13 seconds into the game and hung up 30 points in the first quarter on their way to the win. 

Axtell's Isaac Detweiler threw a 61-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the game and then would add a short touchdown run to cap off the big first quarter. 

Detweiler would finish the game with three total touchdowns while the East squad hung up over 500 yards of offense. 

Most of the scoring was done in the first half with both teams being held scoreless in the fourth quarter as the two squads combined three turnovers and two punts in the final frame. 

The win for the East squad gives them a 13-9 advantage over the West squad in the series of the D-II All-Star game.
