The Legion AA State Baseball Tournament begins Thursday in Concordia with Seneca and Corning making the trip to compete. 

The tournament is an 8-team double-elimination style format with games Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and potentially Sunday. 

First round games Thursday: 

• Concordia vs. Garnett (9:00 AM) 
• SENECA vs. Norton (11:00 AM) 
• CORNING vs. Beloit (1:30 PM) 
• Colby vs. Iola (4:00 PM) 

Winners will advance and play their next games on Friday while the losers of the opening games will have to play another time on Thursday night. 

Those games will be played at 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM in what will be elimination games. 

Winners bracket games will be played on Friday at 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM with the winners playing later that night at 7:00 PM. The winner of the 7:00 PM game will earn a spot in the Championship game. 

The losers of the morning games on Friday will have to play at either 2:00 PM or 4:30 PM in what will be elimination games. 

Games on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM will determine the other spot in the Championship game. 

The Championship game could be played at 2:00 PM on Saturday or games could be played Sunday at 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM depending on the outcomes. 

KMZA 92.1 FM will broadcast all the games live featuring Corning and Seneca.
