For the Holton boys, they won just six of the 19 events, but they had a ton of second and third-place finishes, which helped them to their first-place finish.

Junior Logan Altenburg won the 100m dash, junior Brayden Peek won the 200m dash, the high jump, and the 400m dash, sophomore Landon Hernandez won the 300m hurdles, and senior Marcus Bennett won the long jump.

The Holton girls only won four of the 19 events with only one victory in the track events.

They won the 4x800m relay, junior Lauren Shupe won the long jump, senior Piper Robinson won the pole vault, and sophomore Mara Marten won the high jump.

The Wildcats’ next meet will be a Big 7 Leauge quad on Tuesday, April 2nd.
