Frankfort's Hattie Gros, Riverside's Taylor Weishaar, and Maggie Toerber from Valley Heights have been selected to play in the 2024 KBCA All-Star game.

The game will be played June 22, 2024 with the girls game at 6:00 PM and the boys game at 8:00 PM at Mabee Arena in Salina on the campus of Kansas Wesleyan University.

Gros averaged 17 points per game this past season leading the Wildcats to their first ever State Championship in school history and was named the Class 1A-I Player of the Year by Sports in Kansas.

Weishaar has been one of the best players in the state over the last couple of seasons and have helped the Cyclones to back-to-back runner-up finishes in Class 2A. This past season she averaged 22 points and 11 rebounds per game and is Riverside's all-time leading scorer.

Toerber helped Valley Heights to a 19-7 record this past season including a 9-2 mark in Twin Valley League play. The Mustangs would finish fourth place at the 2A State Tournament in Dodge City beating Wichita County in the first round but losing to St. Marys-Colgan in the consolation final.
