Michael Jensen

Hiawatha senior Michael Jensen had a night to remember this past Friday in the Redhawks 15-point win over Big East rival Jefferson West.

Jensen finished with a game-high 26 points and knocked down seven three-pointers. The seven made three-pointers set a new Hiawatha High School single game record.

The previous mark was six made threes which had been held for roughly 30 years. The Redhawks only have one loss this season and are a top 10 team in Class 3A according to the KBCA.
