The Immaculata Raiders stepped out of the area and the Northeast Kansas League to square off with some different opponents on the volleyball court on Saturday and picked up a tournament championship in the process, going 4-1 at the West Franklin Invitational.

The day started off with pool play for the Raiders and Immaculata would go 2-1 in pool play to finish second in the pool and advance to the Semifinals. In the Semifinals the Raiders took care of business and beat Pool A winners, Lyndon in a tough three set match 25-21, 20-25, 25-17. While Anderson County won the other Semifinal matchup beating the host West Franklin 25-12, 17-25, 25-23.
