The Scotties hit the road on Saturday and came away with a sweep on the hardwood over conference foe Kansas City Kansas Community College.
Lady Scotties remained unbeaten on the season with their 62-39 win, while the men Scotties squad earned their eighth win over the season and second conference win cruising to an 81-50 win.
For the Ladies it was a balanced scoring attack as seven of the nine players on the team scored in the contest. Ashely Torres and Janelle Saling lead the way on the night with double figures as they registered 13 and 10 points, respectively on the night. Four players tallied eight points on the night for the Lady Scotties with TaMiya Green, Rylie Bowser, Carina Jackson and Jaaron Kassanavoid all hitting that mark and Ryann Bowser chipped in seven.
With the wins the Scotties continue to have great success on the hardwood this season as the ladies improved to 13-0 and are ranked fourth in the national, while the men 8-4 now on the year.
Scotties won't hit the court again until after the new year when they hit the road again and take on Allen County on January 5th.
