She's a three-time first team all-league selection in the TVL, a two-time 1A-II all-tournament team selection, a two-time first team all-state selection, and now has added the player of the year honor to her list of accomplishments.
Linn head coach Amy Bott: "She has dedicated extra time to volleyball and this has helped her develop an incredible volleyball IQ. She is consistently looked to on the court when it comes to executing the skills of volleyball, but also as a leader, which is a contribution that is hard to measure. Gretchen is always working to progress her game as a player and in turn she is doing the same for her teammates, encouraging them to progress also."
