Pawnee City Boys and Girls Sweep MUDECAS "A" Division Track Titles Sterling and BDS Win "B"

The MUDECAS Track & Field Meet was hosted Wednesday by Pawnee City High School.  The meet had been postponed due to weather last Saturday.  

Pawnee City won both the Boys and Girls “A” Division team titles.  

For the Boys Pawnee city had 124 points; Johnson County Central was second with 96, Palmyra third with 93, HTRS was fourth with 92 followed by Freeman, Southern and Lourdes Central Catholic. 

In the Boys “B” Division Sterling won the team title with 122 points, Sacred Heart was second with 113, Diller-Odell was third with 106, followed by Bruning-Davenport-Shickley; Parkview Christian, Meridian, Lewiston and Johnson-Brock. 

The Pawnee City girls continued their dominance in Southeast Nebraska scoring 162 points for the “A” Division title.  Johnson County Central was second with 111,  HTRS was third with 84 followed by Lourdes Central Catholic, Freeman, Southern and Palmyra. 

In the Girls “B” Division Bruning-Davenport-Shickley won the title with 137 points, Sterling was second with 85, Meridian third with 84, Sacred Heart and Diller-Odell tied for fourth with 78. Johnson-Brock, Lewiston and Parkview were sixth, seventh and eighth.
